人工栽培蛹虫草致病木霉CCBH-M2的鉴定及生物学特性 被引量:3

摘要 自人工栽培蛹虫草培养料中分离得到1株致病木霉CCBH-M2,通过对其进行形态学鉴定及ITS序列系统发育分析,确定该木霉菌株为钩状木霉Trichoderma hamatum(Bon.)Bain.。实验对该致病菌进行了生物学特性研究,结果表明,温度、p H值及培养料含水量对该钩状木霉生长影响显著(P〈0.05),其最适生长温度为26℃,最适p H值为6.0,培养料最适含水量为50%~60%。该研究结果是钩状木霉对人工栽培蛹虫草具有致病性的首次报道。 A pathogenic Trichoderma strain CCBH-M2 was isolated from culture material of cultivated Cordyceps militaris. The morphological characteristics and phylogenetic analysis showed that strain CCBH-M2 was Trichoderma hamatum( Bon.) Bain. The biological characteristics of T. hamatum were studied and the results showed that temperature,p H value and water content of the culture medium significantly influenced the growth of strain CCBH-M2( P 0. 05),and its optimum growth temperature was 26 ℃,the optimum p H value was 6. 0 and the optimum water content of culture materials was 50 %- 60 %. The result was the first report of T. hamatum pathogenicity on cultivated C.militaris.
