乌骨山羊体重体尺、血液生理生化指标及其相关性

Measurement and Correlation Analysis of Body Weight,Body Size and Blood Physiological and Biochemical Indexes of Tongshan Black-bone Goats

为给乌骨山羊的饲养管理、品种选育、肉质研究和临床诊疗提供依据,本试验对成年全黑型和黑头白身型乌骨山羊进行体重体尺和血液生理生化指标测定,并进行相关性分析。结果表明,乌骨山羊公羊的管围极显著大于母羊(P<0.01),体重性状为中等变异;体重与体尺各性状存在极显著的正相关,其中胸围与体重的相关程度最高(r=0.8381);黑头白身型的游离甲状腺素(FT4)、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)显著低于全黑型(P<0.05),而白蛋白(ALB)、肌酸激酶(CK)极显著高于全黑型(P<0.01),其他生理生化指标间差异不显著(P>0.05);谷丙转氨酶(ALT)与管围存在显著相关(P<0.05);总蛋白(TP)与体重、体高、胸围存在显著相关(P<0.05),与管围存在极显著相关(P<0.01);球蛋白(GLB)与体重、体高存在显著相关(P<0.05),与胸围、管围存在极显著相关(P<0.01),其他血液生化指标与生长发育性状间有一定的相关性,但没有达到显著水平(P>0.05)。乌骨山羊体重、体尺及血液生理生化指标之间有一定的相关性,可为乌骨山羊饲养管理及早期选种提供参考。

In order to provide scientific reference and theoretical basis for feeding management,breeding,meat quality and clinical treatment of Tongshan black-bone goats,the body weight,body size and blood physiological and biochemical indexes of the adult black-bone goats were measured. The results showed that,cannon circumference of the adult black-bone ram was significantly greater than that of ewes（ P〈0.01）,body weight was intermediate variability; There were significantly positive correlation between body weight and body size traits,which the correlation degree with chest circumference was the highest（ r = 0. 8381）; free thyroxine（ FT4）,free triiodothyronine（ FT3） of whiteblack type were significantly lower than that of black-body type（ P〈0. 05）,albumin,creatine kinase was significantly higher than that of black type（ P〈0. 01）,and there＇s no obvious difference among other physiological and biochemical indexes（ P〉0. 05）; glutamic-pyruvic transaminase was significantly correlated with cannon circumference（ P〈0. 05）,which total protein was significantly correlated with body weight,body height,chest circumference（ P〈0. 05）,with the cannon circumference significantly correlated（ P〈0. 01）; Globulin（ GLB）was significantly correlated with body weight,body height（ P〈0. 05）,which was significantly associated with chest circumference,cannon circumference（ P〈0. 01）,other blood biochemical index and growth traits had certain relevance,but did not reach a significant level（ P〉0. 05）. There were some correlations between body weight,body size and blood physiological and biochemical indexes. The results can provide some reference for breeding,feeding and management of black-bone goats.
