摘要
采用食下毒叶法测定噻嗪酮对家蚕残效期,分别用噻嗪酮的1000、500和250 mg/L药液喷施桑树,分别于3、7、21和25 d后采叶饲喂家蚕3龄起蚕,观察噻嗪酮残留药剂对家蚕生长发育的影响,明确其对家蚕的安全性。结果表明,噻嗪酮1000、500和250 mg/L药液喷施桑树后,其21 d桑叶中残留药剂对家蚕发育历期、全茧量、茧层量、茧层率和化蛹率等均无明显不良影响,此结果可为噻嗪酮用于防治桑园害虫提供依据。
The residual toxicity of buprofezin on mulberry to silkworm was tested using food intake method. The result showed that the growth and development,pupation rate,cocoon weight,cocoon shell weight and cocoon shell rate in the 3rdinstar treated with 1000,500 and 250 mg/L buprofezin were not significantly different from those of the control after 21 days. It was indicated that safe intervals of buprofezin residual toxicant effects to silkworms were 21 days. The result would provide valuable guidance for resistance management strategy of mites in mulberry field.
