选取17个具有典型代表性、享受天保工程政策、由林业部门主管的、以森林生态类型为主的国家级自然保护区,通过实地调查,评估天保政策对国家级自然保护区管理与建设所发挥的影响,探索促进国家级自然保护区实现可持续发展的天保政策完善方向与政策建议。
The author based on field investigation of 17 typical representative national nature reserves, which enjoyed natural forest protection project policies, managed by the forestry department, with forest ecological priority types. Evaluate the influence of natural forest protection policies, which acted on national nature reserve construction and management. Explore toaccelerate realized the sustainable development of the national nature reserve protection policies direction and recommendations.
