摘要
随着我国房地产市场逐步形成与完善,住房公积金制度的功能定位冲突以及法律定位冲突渐渐显现出来。基于此,提出完善现有住房公积金制度和相应的法律法规体系的建议,为广大中低收入者建立健全的社会住房保障体系。
This paper is about Housing Provident Fund （HPF） system orientation and legal status in China mainland. At first, it makes a brief introduction of the development of HPF system. There are many negative impacts that arise with the Chinese housing market accumulation. This paper makes emphasis that we should make some changes to build a sound social housing provident and security sys- tem, especially for those low incomers.
