摘要
通过问卷调查京冀健康服务业高层次人才来津工作意愿,分析数据得出妨碍京冀健康服务业高层次人才来津工作的人才流动壁垒、基础设施建设薄弱等制约因素,进而立足天津的比较优势,强化机制、制度建设,探索出吸引京冀健康服务业高层次人才来津工作的策略措施。
With questionnaire survey on willingness to work in Tianjin of high-level personnel in the health service industry from Beijing and Hebei province, the constraints hindering high-level personnel to work in Tianjin, such as talent flow barrier and weak infrastructure are analyzed. Responding strategies for attracting the personnel to work in Tianjin is put forward based on the comparative strengths, inrensified mechanism, institutional construction of Tianjin.
