摘要
多种组份的纤维混纺织物定量分析是纺织品检测中最为繁锁而又重要的内容。选择涤纶/毛/腈纶/粘胶/棉/锦纶六种组份的混纺织物为研究对象,选用合适的化学溶剂,设计了三种试验方案,按标准AATCC20A-2013定量分析方法进行测试与分析比较。试验结果表明:涤纶/毛/腈纶/粘胶/棉/锦纶六组份混纺织物定量分析选用的较为合理的化学溶剂为次氯酸钠溶液,20%的盐酸,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺溶液,甲酸氯化锌溶液,70%的硫酸。在测试中纤维溶解的顺序是首先溶解羊毛、然后再依次是锦纶、腈纶、粘胶、棉。这样所得的测试结果与实际纤维含量值最为接近,测试结果准确性高与重现性好。这对多组份纤维混纺织物纤维定量分析的准确性提供了一定的借鉴作用。
Quantitatively analyzing a variety of components of fiber blended fabric is the most intricate and important content in the textiles testing. This paper chooses polyester/wool/acrylic/viscose/cotton/polyamide fiber blended fabric as the research objects with suitable chemical solvent, designs three kinds of testing schemes, and makes the tests and comparisons by means of quantitative analysis according to the standard AATCC20A-2013. The results show that the reasonable chemical solvent for sodium are hypochlorite solution, 20% hydrochloric acid, N, N - dimethyl formamide solution, formic acid zinc chloride solution, 70% sulfuric acid in the quantitative analysis on the components of polyester/wool/acrylic/viscose/cotton blended fabric/nylon. In the fiber dissolving test sequence, wool is first dissolved, followed by nylon, acrylic, viscose, cotton. The test results obtained in this way are most close to the actual fiber content, with high accuracy and good reproducibility test results, and provide a certain reference for the accuracy of the quantitative analysis in multicomponent fiber blended fabric.
