摘要
最低工资保障制是保障弱势劳动力的一项法规,关于最低工资法对于就业是否存在负面影响在学术界一直众说纷纭。由于每个国家的基本国情和经济结构的不同,最低工资法对于劳动力市场的作用也是不同的。通过以1996年至2013年我国30个省份的面板数据为研究对象,采用截面数据加权的固定效应方法,构建最低工资-就业模型,考察最低工资对我国的就业效应,结果表明最低工资的提高会对我国就业产生微小的负面影响。
Minimum wage system is a statute to protect vulnerable labor, there are different views about whether minimum wage law plays negative impact on employment or not. Due to the different country's economic structures and basic national conditions, minimum wage law plays distinct roles of the labor market. In this paper, through 30 provinces panel data from 1996 to 2013, using fixed effects methods section data weighted to construct the minimum wage - employment model to study the minimum wage on the employment effects. The results show that the minimum wage increase produces small negative impact on China's employment.
