摘要
目的探讨血清同型半胱氨酸载脂蛋白水平与冠状动脉病变的关系。方法疑诊冠心病的患者226例,其中男132例,女94例。排除脑、肝、肾、血液等严重疾病。据行冠状动脉造影按有无冠心病分为两组,对照组62例和冠心病组164例。循环酶法测血清同型半胱氨酸,免疫比浊法测载脂蛋白。应用SPSS17.0软件,所获数据采用方差分析、t检验和偏相关分析及多元逐步回归分析。结果两组同型半胱氨酸比较,t=10.155,P<0.0005,有非常显著性差异。两组载脂蛋白B比较,t=3.3569,P<0.001,有非常显著性差异。载脂蛋白AI t=1.7929,P<0.05,有显著性差异。两组低密度脂蛋白胆固醇比较,t=1.7081,P<0.05,有显著性差异。两组Apo B、Hcy比较,t=3.3569,P<0.001;t=10.155,P<0.0005。有非常显著性差异。偏相关分析显示Hcy与冠心病独立相关,逐步回归分析表明Apo B、Hcy与冠脉病变严重程度相关。结论 Hcy是冠状动脉病变的独立危险因素;Hcy、载脂蛋白在冠心病发生和发展中起重要作用。
Objective To study the serum apolipoprotein levels of homocysteine and the relationship between coronary artery lesions. Methods A history of 226 cases of patients with coronary heart disease, among which 132 were male, female 94 cases. Rule out a serious diseases such as brain, liver, kidney, blood. Line according to coronary angiography in presence of coronary heart disease (CHD) is divided into two groups, control group 62 cases and 164 cases of CHD group. Circulating enzymatic measuring serum homocysteine, apolipoprotein immune turbidimetry test. Application SPSS17.0 software, the data obtained using analysis of variance, t test and partial correlation analysis and multivariate stepwise regression analysis. Results Comparing two groups of homocysteine, t = 10.155, P 〈 0.0005, there is a very significant difference. Compare two groups of apolipoprotein B, t =3.3569, P 〈 0.001, there is a very significant difference. Apolipoprotein AI t = 1.7929, P 〈 0.05, there is significant difference. Compare two groups of low density lipoprotein cholesterol, t = 1.7081, P〈 0.05, there is significant difference. Two groups to compare ApoB, Hcyt = 3.3569, P 〈 0.001; t = 10.155, P〈 0.0005). There is a very significant difference. Partial correlation analysis showed that Hcy is associated with coronary heart disease (CHD) independent, stepwise regression analysis showed that ApoB, Hcy is associated with coronary artery disease severity. Conclusion Hcy is independent risk factors for coronary artery disease; Hcy, apolipoprotein play an important role in the occurrence and development of coronary heart disease.
