患者及家属同步心理干预对精神分裂症影响

The Patient and Family to Synchronize the Rehabilitation Effect of Psychological Intervention on Schizophrenia Research

目的探讨精神分裂症患者及家属同步家庭心理干预对精神分裂症康复的效果。方法精神分裂症患者100例随机分为两组,每组50例,对照组给予常规治疗护理。观察组在常规治疗护理的基础上,加用心理点评、成立家委会和工休会、建立三位一体持续评价体系、军事化训练、家属学校等措施。用阳性和阴性症状量表,康复状态量表,社会功能缺陷筛选量表评估精神分裂症患者的康复情况。结果两组阳性和阴性症状量表总分及各分量表分自第1月起减分率,两组比较,P<0.01,有显著性差异。康复状态量表、社会功能缺陷筛选量表,两组比较,P<0.01,有显著性差异。两组复发率、再住院率、再就业率比较(28.69、21.93、12.19),P<0.01,有显著性差异。结论实施家庭同步心理干预可有效缓解精神分裂症患者的症状,提高其社会适应能力,降低复发率。

Objective To study the schizophrenia patients and their families, synchronous family psychological intervention effect on recovery of schizophrenia. Methods 100 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into two groups, 50 cases in each group, control group given routine therapy care. Observation group on the basis of conventional treatment nursing, plus in the psychological review, set up some pta and holiday will be maintained, establish a trinity evaluation system, military training, measures such as family members of the school. With positive and negative symptoms scale, recovery scale, the social function defect screening scale for assessment of rehabilitation in patients with schizophrenia. Results Two groups of positive and negative symptoms scale total score and each subscales points since January first points rate, comparing the two groups, P〈 0.01, there is significant difference. Recovery scale, social function defect screening scale, compared two groups, P〈0.01. There is significant difference. Two groups of recurrence rate, hospitalization rate and employment rate comparison （28.69, 21.93, 12.19, P〈0.01）. There is significant difference. Conclusion The implementation of family psychological intervention can effectively relieve the symptoms of schizophrenia patients, improve the social adaptation ability, reduce the recurrence rate.
