摘要
目的探讨人性化护理在急诊中的应用。方法急诊患者200例,以随机分为两组,每组100例。对照组实行常规护理,研究组实行人性化护理。对两组心理状态和护理满意度进行比较,所获数据采用方差分析和t检验。结果两组焦虑评分和抑郁评分比较,P<0.05,有显著性差异;两组满意度比较,P<0.05,有显著性差异。结论人性化护理可以大大改善患者的身体状况、心理状况、和护理满意度,值得临床推广。
Objective To study the application of humanized nursing in emergency. Methods 200 patients with emergency to randomly divided into two groups, 100 cases in each group. The control group with routine nursing care, the team the humanization nursing. To compare two groups of psychological state and nursing satisfaction. The data obtained using analysis of variance and t test. Results The anxiety scores and depression score compared two groups, P〈 0.05. There is significant difference. Satisfaction compared two groups, P〈0.05. There is significant difference. Conclusion humanistic nursing can significantly improve the patient's physical condition, mental condition, and nursing satisfaction, worth clinical promotion.
