老年2型糖尿病并发心血管疾病危险因素研究

Elderly type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with cardiovascular disease risk factors studied

目的探讨老年2型糖尿病患者并发心血管疾病的危险因素。方法糖尿病患者60例为对照组,糖尿病并发心血管疾病患者58例为观察组,分析糖尿病并发心血管疾病的危险因素。所获数据采用方差分析和t检验。结果两组观察对象之间对比的各项指标(LDL、UA、SBP、TC、2h PG及HDL)及年龄、生活习惯、病程等比较(P<0.05),均有显著性差异。结论老年2型糖尿病并发心血管疾病患者危险因素主要与血压、血糖及血脂等控制力度不够等因素相关,应积极主动采取有效措施控制血糖、血脂及血压,缓解患者病情发展。

Objective To study the elderly patients with type 2 diabetes complicated with cardiovascular disease risk factors. Methods 60 patients with diabetes as the control group, 58 patients with diabetes complicated with cardiovascular disease as the observation group, analysis of the risk factors of diabetes complicated with cardiovascular disease. The data obtained using analysis of variance and t test. Results The contrast between two groups of observation object of the indicators （LDL, UA, 2 HPG and SBP, TC, HDL） and age, life habits and course there were significant differences （P〈 0.05）, significant differences. Conclusion Elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with cardiovascular disease risk factors leading to blood pressure, blood glucose and blood lipid control, such as insufficient and other related factors, should actively take effective measures to control blood sugar, blood fat and blood pressure, relieve patients.
