摘要
采用水溶液插层法将偶氮二甲酰胺(AC)、4,4’-氧代双苯磺酰肼(OBSH)插层到氯苄基三苯基季鏻盐改性蒙脱土(Cl-MMT)层间,制备了AC、OBSH复合发泡剂。通过红外光谱(FT-IR)、热失重(TG/DTG)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等方法对样品进行表征,探究了AC、OBSH两种发泡剂在Cl-MMT改性蒙脱土层间的插层量、分解温度以及蒙脱土形貌。实验结果表明:采用水溶液插层法,能够将AC、OBSH成功地插层到Cl-MMT中,制备复合发泡剂。两种复合发泡剂中,AC和OBSH插层量分别为8.6%和5.8%。改性蒙脱土插层AC、OBSH均有利于改善蒙脱土的团聚结构,使得蒙脱土变得蓬松、无序。
By aqueous solution intercalation method, azodicarbonamide ( AC), 4,4-oxybis benzene- sulfonyl hydrazide (OBSH) were intercalated into chlorobenzyl triphenyl phosphonium salt modified montmorillonite (Cl-MMT), prepared AC ,OBSH composite foaming agent. The products were charac- terized by infrared spectroscopy (FF-IR), thermogravimetry (TG / DTG) and scanning electron mi- croscopy (SEM). The results showed that AC and OBSH could be successfully intercalated into Cl- MMT with using the aqueous solvent intercalation method. The intercalation amount of AC in AC blo- wing agent was 8.6% , and the counterpart of OBSH amount was 5.8% , respectively. Modified mont- morillonite AC, OBSH were conducive to improve the structure of montmorillonite reunion, therefore, montmorillonite became fluffy and disorderly.
