基于DSP与VF恒定转矩控制的门机变频器控制算法设计

摘要 电梯作为大厦的交通工具,在人们的日常生活中已不可或缺,而在具体使用中,门故障是主要故障之一。门机变频器作为门机的控制单元,直接控制着门机的运行与调速。通过研究基于TMS320与VF恒定转矩控制的门机变频器控制算法,并设计了开发平台,硬件采用TMS320F2812及marathon异步电机,软件主要采用了SVPWM算法,最后进行了模拟仿真及电路实测,得到了速度—电压曲线。根据得到的实际记录的波形,验证了系统设计的有效性,可行性。 The inverter is the core part of the elevator door machine controller, its performance is di- rectly related to the functions of the elevator door machine such as operation or speed control. Using DSP to integrate the AC frequency converter and driving controller of the door machine has become one of the development direction. This paper discussed the inverter control algorithm based on TMS320 and VF constant torque control, and the development platform had been presented. The hardware adopted TMS320F2812 and marathon asynchronous motor, the software adopted the SVPWM algorithm. At last, the simulation and measurement of the circuit had been carried out, and the speed voltage curve was obtained. In the end, the waveforms in order to verify the actual waveforms have been recorded to compare with the simulation effectiveness of the system design.
