摘要
目前的喷油器装配线虽然有很高的生产效率,但是一条生产线上各个工位的生产时间相差较大,导致整条装配生产线的效率难以提高,造成机器设备生产能力的浪费和人力资源的浪费。文章采用MTM-1方法对RB公司装配线瓶颈工序进行了动作分析,得出了瓶颈工序的时值分析表,并根据分析结果对该工序进行了改善,将瓶颈工位的操作时间减少了10.3%,整条生产线的生产时间更为平衡。
Although current manufacturing line of fuel injector is very efficient, the production time of every location on a production line different a lot, which makes it hard to improve the efficiency of the whole manufacturing line and wastes the production capacity of equipment and human resource. This article uses the method of MTM-1, analyzes the assembly line bottleneck process in action on RB, then concludes the bottleneck process value analysis table, and improves the process according to the results of the analysis,the working time was reduced by 10.3%, and the production time on assembly line was more balanced.
