摘要
以1-氯-2,4-二硝基苯(CDNB)为原料,不使用相转移催化剂,用KOH溶液为反应介质,一步合成了2,4-二硝基苯甲醚,其结构经1H NMR,FT-IR和元素分析确证。最佳反应条件为:CDNB 0.20 mol,30%KOH溶液为反应介质,甲醇100 m L,于55℃反应60 min,收率96.5%,纯度99.8%。
One-step synthesis of 2,4-dinitroanisole was achieved from 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene (CD- NB) without phase transfer catalyst (PTC), using potassium hydroxide as the reaction medium. The structure was confirmed by 1H NMR, FT-IR and elemental analysis. The optimal reaction conditions were as followed: CDNB 0.20 mol, methanol 100 mL, reaction at 55℃ for60 min in 30%KOH a- queous solution. The yield and purity were 96.5% and 98%, respectively.
