基于FME的县域耕地质量等别年度更新技术研究

Research on Annual Update of Quality Grades of County Cultivated Land Based on FME

为保证耕地质量数据的现势性,开展耕地质量等别年度更新工作十分必要。本文以重庆市巫山县2014年度耕地质量年度更新为例,提供基于FME的技术方法。研究结果:(1)自然等、利用等、经济等,其等别个数与相应等别保持不变;(2)质量建设耕地等别提升较明显;(3)耕地占补平衡从质量上看未实现。研究结论:基于FME的耕地质量等别年度更新技术,实现了耕地质量更新评价的目标,提高了工作效率,保障了成果的准确性和完整性。

In order to ensure the current situation of quality data of cultivated land, it is necessary to carry out the annual update of quality grades of cultivated land.Taking Wushan County as an example, the paper provides a technical method to update quality gradesof cultivated land in 2014 based on FME. The result indicates that： 1）there were no changes in the numbers and levels of natural grade, utilization grade and economic grade; 2） the quality of cultivated land has been improved after the implementation of quality construction; 3）from the perspective of quality, the balance of cultivated land requisition compensation has been not realized. The research conclusion shows that FME is used to update the quality of cultivated land which improves work efficiency, ensures the accuracy and integrity of the results and achieve the purpose to evaluate the quality of cultivated land .
