内江市市中区农村宅基地自愿有偿退出问题探究

Studying and Researching Voluntarily-compensable Problem of Homesteads in the Downtown of Neijiang

建立宅基地自愿有偿退出机制是解决内江市市中区宅基地闲置、增加农村建设用地、盘活农村闲置土地、提高土地利用效率的主要措施之一。本文对内江市市中区农村宅基地自愿有偿退出可行性及可能出现的问题进行探讨,提出解决市中区宅基地自愿有偿退出问题的措施,鼓励农民自愿有偿退出宅基地。

To establish the voluntarily-compensable returning mechanism of homesteads is one of the main measures having taken to solve the unused homesteads in the downtown of Neijiang, increase rural construction lands, and efficiently use unused lands in rural areas as well as improve the land utilization efficiency. This article has discussed on the feasibility and possible problems which occur in the voluntarily-compensable returning mechanism of homesteads in downtown of Neijiang, and put forwards some measures to solve the problems caused by the implementation of the mechanism, encouraging peasants to return the homesteads in a voluntarily-compensable way.
