摘要
以苯乙烯和异戊二烯为原料,正丁基锂为催化剂、四氯化硅为偶联剂,采用两步法合成SIS.探讨了不同反应时间和不同偶联剂用量对偶联反应的影响,并从生产成本、产品质量和性能等方面对偶联法工艺和传统三步法工艺进行了比较分析.结果表明:采用偶联法合成出的SIS,性能与国外同类产品相当,并有助于降低生产成本和提高产品质量.
Based on styrene and isoprene as raw materials, n-butyl lithium as the catalyst, silicon tetrachloride as coupling agent, SIS was synthesized by a two-step method. The effects of different reaction time and different coupling agent on the coupling reaction were discussed, and the production costs, product quality, and performance of the coupling method and the traditional three-step process technology were compared. The results show that the performance of the SIS synthesized by the coupling method is similar to that of the foreign products, and the coupling method helps to reduce the production costs and improve product quality.
