摘要
以乙酸与正丁醇为原料,催化合成乙酸正丁酯,催化剂为分子筛复合材料,考察了催化剂用量、原料比以及反应时间和反应温度对乙酸正丁酯产率的影响.结果表明,分子筛复合催化剂的催化活性良好,当催化剂用量为正丁醇质量的9%,醇酸摩尔比为1.25:1,反应温度120℃,反应时间120 min时,乙酸正丁酯的酯化率达到90%以上.
The prepared molecular sieve composite catalyst by hydrothermal synthesis method was characterized with XRD, SEM and IR. The molecular sieve composite catalyst was used as catalyst for synthesis of n-butyl acetate. The results shows that molecular sieve composite catalyst has high catalytic activity and stability, and advantages of easy to recycle and separate from products, no corrosion, simple post-treatment. The optimum conditions are as follows: the amount of catalyst is 9% of the mass of n-butanol, alkyd ratio of 1.25:1, the reaction time is 120 min, the reaction temperature is 120 ℃, esterification rate can be up to 90 %.
