剪切波弹性成像鉴别颈部良恶性淋巴结的诊断价值 被引量:6

摘要 目的运用ROC曲线探讨剪切波弹性成像技术鉴别诊断良性与恶性颈部淋巴结的价值。方法对76例患者共120个颈部淋巴结术前进行常规超声检查及剪切波弹性成像检查。分析比较良性与恶性淋巴结之间剪切波弹性成像定量参数的差异。以病理结果为金标准,绘制剪切波弹性成像定量参数的ROC曲线并两两比较曲线下面积。结果弹性值比值、平均弹性值、最大弹性值的曲线下面积分别为:0.838,0.828,0.812,两两比较曲线下面积的差异没有统计学意义。结论剪切波弹性成像的三个定量参数均对颈部淋巴结具有鉴别诊断价值,三个定量参数具有同等的诊断价值。 Objective To explore the diagnostic value of shear wave elastography (SWE) in the differential diagnosis of cervical lymph nodes using Receiver Operating Characteristic (ROC) Curve. Methods Totally 76 patients with 120 cervical lymph nodes underwent preoperative conventional uhrasonography and SWE. The differences of SWE quantitative parameters between benign and malignant cervical lymph nodes were compared. The standard of reference was histopathology. ROC curves of SWE quantitative parameters were drawn and the area of under curve was pairwise compared. Results The AUCs of elasticity value ratio, mean elasticity value and maximum elasticity value were 0.838, 0.828 and 0.812, respectively. The differences of pairwise comparison of three quantitative parameters had not statistical significance. Conclusion All of three SWE quantitative parameters had diagnostic value in the differential diagnosis of cervical lymph nodes. These three quantitative parameters had equal diagnostic performance.
