Contemporary Value and Inheritance of Dragon Boat Culture in Guangzhou Area

龙舟文化蕴含的爱国情怀、人文精神与民族传统,历经千年传承仍然历久弥新。本文从广府龙舟文化的起源立意,分析当今龙舟文化所遇到的瓶颈,并从五位一体总布局的角度对广府龙舟文化的当代价值进行探讨。从保护我国龙舟文化内涵出发,提出传承和发展龙舟竞渡文化,增强中华民族凝聚力、认同感的可行性措施。

It is well known that Chinese dragon boat culture contains patriotism, humanism and national traditions, which has sustained its charm for more than two thousand years. This paper explores the original idea of dragon boat culture and analyses the dilemma it encounters presently. It discusses the contemporary value of the culture according to Five-in-One principle. In order to protect the connotation of our dragon boat culture, the paper puts forward feasible measures of inheriting and developing the dragon boat race culture and enhancing the cohesion and sense of identity of the Chinese nation.
