Kylin Dancing is a Han nationality＇s tradition and custom of the Hakka people, who inhabit Qinxi Town of Dongguan. As a form of traditional folk art of Han nationality, Kylin Dancing is of great national characteristics and great value for appreciation. It is the essence of Hakka traditional culture. Due to the efforts of Qinxin people and the government, Kylin dancing renew its national characteristics and symbol of the age. It has become a famous brand of art. This essay studies Kylin dancing＇s existing problems and the effective ways to connect the dancing to modem art.
