柔性管理视角下的大学生教育管理探究

Research on College Students' Education Management from the Perspective of Flexible Management

近些年来,柔性管理逐渐被引入到高校大学教育管理工作之中,并越来越凸显出其重要性。柔性管理强调以人为本,尊重学生的主体地位,能够引导学生进行自我反思与自我完善,是改善高校教育工作的有效途径。基于此,本文拟从柔性管理的基本概述出发,分析当前大学生教育管理工作中存在的主要问题,探讨柔性管理视角下大学生教育管理工作的改进措施,旨在推动我国大学生教育管理工作的健康可持续发展。

In recent years, flexible management has gradually been introduced into the management of university education, and its importance more and more highlights. Flexible management emphasizes people-oriented, respects students＇ subject status, can lead students to self reflection and self perfection. It is an effective way to improve education work of colleges and universities. Based on this, from the basic outlines of flexible management, this article analyzes main problems existing in the current education and management work of university students, explores improvement measures of college students＇ education and management from the perspective of flexible management, as to promote the sustainable development of the health of college students＇ education and management in China.
