Practice and Research on the Management of Food Hygiene and Safety in Modern Universities

人们生活水平的提高和学校管理精细化的发展,管理层开始注重学校师生的饮食问题,加大对学校餐厅的监督指导,保障学校老师和学生的餐饮安全。尽管这样,每年还是会出现许多校园食品安全事件,影响了师生的身心健康,打乱了学校的教学计划。本文先阐述了注重食品安全的意义,再结合当前高校食品安全管理的具体情况总结出强化食品安全的几点意见。

With the improvement of people＇s living standards and the development of refined college management, management level began to pay attention to diet, increase the supervision and guidance to the dinning hall in college, in order to ensure the food safety. In spite of this, many campus food safety events occur every year, which affects the physical and mental health of teachers and students, upset the school＇s teaching plan, and easily lead to social panic. This article first elaborated the significance of the importance of food safety, and then combined with the current situation of food safety management in colleges and universities to sum up some suggestions to strengthen the safety of food.
