摘要
阜康市农村地理信息平台采用面向服务的设计思想、多层体系结构,并且采用顾及语义、时空基准、尺度特征的多源异构村镇信息集成方法实现了村镇多源信息整合。系统平台共有14个模块,有效提升了基层政府的公共管理水平和服务水平。
It is used that design idea is to face service and it is many layers systematic framework on countryside GIS versatile service platform of Fukang. The platform is considering the semantic, temporal and spatial basis, the scale characteristics of multi - source heterogeneous information integration method to achieve the integration of rural information. There are 14 modules in the platform which improves level of public administration and service.
