摘要
教师是实践融合教育改革和发展的主要参与者,是融合教育课堂教学中的主体之一。融合教育给教师的专业理念、专业知识和专业能力带来巨大挑战。采用质性研究法中的个案研究法,以一名在读的唐氏综合征幼儿参与的融合教育为个案,以两位参与融合教育的教师和一位保育员为对象,探讨融合教育背景下教师专业成长的途径。
Teachers are the main participants who are engaged in the reform and development practices of inclusive education as well as one of the subjects in classroom instruction of inclusion education. Inclusive education brings great challenges to teachers' professional ideas, professional knowledge and professional ability. This paper, by adopting the case study method in the qualitative research method and taking two teachers and one nurse who participated in the integration of education as the object,discusses the ways of teachers' professional development under the background of inclusive education based on a case of the preschool education for a cun^ntly-enrolled child with Down's syndrome.
