This paper mainly introduces a kind of case discussion in teaching of basic medicine knowledge for rehahilitation professional students. The class called ＂clinical case discussion＂ ,belonging to practice lesson. The course aims to expand students＇ knowledge,improve their ability of self-study and consolidate relevant knowledge. The class takes a combination of hospital ward round and class discussion as the organization form,adding case reply as the new assessment link. The class is well received by the relevant experts and all the teachers and students, but there are also some shortcomings which will be our diligent direction in the future.
