分光光度法测定两种开封菊花总黄酮含量

Determination of total flavonoids from two kinds of Chrysanthemums in Kaifeng by spectrophotometry

〔目的〕建立测定开封菊花中总黄酮含量的测定方法。〔方法〕利用可见分光光度法测定开封菊花中总黄酮的含量。〔结果〕总黄酮含量在0.02~0.10 mg/m L范围内,线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为95.95%,RSD为1.02%。黄飞舞和白线菊总黄酮含量分别为7.87%和10.37%。〔结论〕该方法简便、准确,可用于菊花中总黄酮的含量测定。

〔Objective〕Thesis aims to develop a method to determine the total flavonoids content of Chrysanthemum in Kaifeng.〔Methods〕Spectrophotometry is used to determine the total flavonoids content in two Chrysanthemums in Kaifeng.〔Results〕The result shows the total flavonoids content is a linear range of 0.02 ~ 0.10 mg / m L. The averagerecoveryis 95.95%,RSD is 1.02%.The total flavonoids content of Huang feiwu and Bai xian ju are 7. 87% and 10. 37% respectively.〔Conclusion 〕The method is simple and accurate, which could be used for the determination total flavonoids content.
