中西医结合治疗老年糖尿病临床探析

Clinical observation on the treatment of senile diabetes mellitus with integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

〔目的〕考察六味地黄丸辅助治疗肾阴亏虚型老年2型糖尿病的临床疗效。〔方法〕选取2015年2月至2016年6月我院收治的肾阴亏虚型2型糖尿病老年患者100例。按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例。观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用六味地黄丸辅助治疗,对照组给予常规治疗。观察两组治疗前后空腹血糖(FBC)、餐后2h血糖(2 h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平,评价两组的临床疗效并进行对比。〔结果〕观察组和对照组的临床显效率分别为86.0%和66.0%,有效率分别为98.0%和84.0%,观察组明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的FBG、2Hpg、HbA1C、FINS、HOMA-IR、WBISI及中医证候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的FBG、2h PG、HbA1C、FINS、HOMA-IR、WBISI均较治疗前明显改善,观察组明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。〔结论〕六味地黄丸辅助治疗可明显减轻老年2型糖尿病患者(肾阴亏虚型)的胰岛素抵抗,降低血糖水平,临床疗效显著。

〔Objective〕To investigate the clinical effect of Six Ingredient Rehmannia Pill in treatment of kidney yin deficiency type of elderly type 2 diabetes mellitus.〔Methods〕From February 2015 to June 2016 in our hospital of kidney yin deficiency of type 2diabetes mellitus and 100 cases of elderly patients. According to the random number table method is divided into observation group and control group, each of 50 cases, Observation group in the conventional treatment based on the use of six ingredients to help the treatment of Di Huang Wan; the control group received conventional treatment. Fasting blood glucose（ FBC）,postprandial 2H blood glucose（ 2 h PG） and glycosylated hemoglobin（ HbA1c） were observed before and after treatment in two groups, and the clinical effects of the two groups were evaluated and compared.〔Results〕The observation group and control group of clinically significant efficiency respectively（ 86.0%, 66.0%）, efficient respectively（ 98.0%, 84.0%）, the observation group was better than the control group, the difference is statistically significant（ χ^2= 3.846, 3.902, P〈0.05）. FBG, 2Hpg,HbA1 c, fins, HOMA-IR, WBISI and the TCM syndrome score in the two groups before treatment, the difference had no statistical significance（ P〉0.05）; the two groups of FBG, 2h PG, HbA1 c, FPG, fins, HOMA-IR, WBISI after the treatment than before treatment was significantly improved, the observation group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）.〔Conclusion 〕Liuwei Dihuang pills adjuvant could significantly reduce the senile type 2diabetic patients（ kidney yin deficiency type） of insulin resistance and reducing blood glucose levels and clinical curative effect significantly.
