大学生脂肪肝患者血脂与肝功能检测结果分析

College students fatty liver patients blood lipid and liver function test results analysis

〔目的〕探讨大学生脂肪肝患者肝功能酶学指标与血脂的变化。〔方法〕收集经超声诊断为脂肪肝的大学生患者44例,作为脂肪肝组;将42例无指标异常的健康者作为对照组。把两组人员肝功能酶学指标和血脂指标结果进行统计学对比分析。〔结果〕脂肪肝组丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=12.544,P<0.05);甘油三酯(TG)明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.428,P<0.05),TC、HDL-C、LDL-C与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05)。〔结论〕大学生脂肪肝患者存在明显的肝功能异常,血脂主要表现为甘油三酯(TG)异常。

〔Objective〕To investigate the changes of liver enzyme index and serum lipids among undergraduate patients with fatty liver.〔Methods〕The fatty liver group was composed of 44 undergraduate patients with fatty liver who were diagnosed by ultrasound.42 cases healthy person with no abnormal index as control group,the results of liver enzyme index and serum lipids were contrasted and analyzed by statistical method.〔Results〕Alanine aminotransferase（ ALT） of fatty liver group is significantly higher than the control group, the difference with statistical significance（ t = 12.544, P〈0.05）. Triglyceride（ TG） is significantly higher than the control group, with significant difference statistically significant（ t = 4.428, P〈0.05）, TC、HDLC and LDL-C of fatty liver group and the control group had no significant difference（ P〉0.05）. 〔Conclusion 〕Undergraduate patients with fatty liver have significant abnormal liver function, serum lipids characters present the abnormity of triglyceride（ TG）.
