摘要 长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)是长度在200~10 000 nt之间的不编码蛋白质的RNA分子,具有保守性低、组织特异性表达的特点。它参与细胞内多种过程的调控,对于哺乳动物的基因组和转录组以及转录和转录后基因表达的调控有着重要的影响。许多研究表明,lncRNA在许多不同类型的肿瘤中表达异常,探讨lncRNA与肿瘤发生发展的关系,可以使lncRNA成为肿瘤诊断的新的生物标志物和肿瘤治疗的潜在靶点。本文主要对lncRNA与食管癌关系的研究进行综述。 Long chain non coding RNA( lncRNA) is a RNA molecule that does not encode protein between the length of 200-10000 nt. It has the characteristics of low conservation and tissue specific expression. It participates in the regulation of many processes in the cell, and lncRNA has important influence on the regulation of the mammalian genome and transcription group, as well as the regulation of gene expression after transcription and transcription. Many studies show that lncRNA in many different types of tumors is the abnormal expression, and to investigate the relationship between the lncRNA and tumor development can make the lncrna marks a potential target and tumor therapy for tumor diagnosis of new biological. In this paper, the research on the relationship between lncRNA and esophageal cancer is reviewed.
