转型发展背景下的高校图书馆文化建设研究

当前,地方高校积极向应用型转变成为发展趋势。在这个特殊的历史时期,地方高校图书馆文化建设在物质文化、制度文化和精神文化三个方面存在着资源建设不合理,管理制度不规范,人力资源不足等实际问题,为了适应新时期高校转型发展的需要,进一步拓宽图书馆的发展空间,提出着力加强图书馆物质文化、制度文化和精神文化建设的措施,旨在推进图书馆文化与高校转型的同步发展。

Now Local universities promote the transformation development in the trend of application technology development. In this special period,there are three practical problems in the library cultural construction which are material culture,system culture and spiritual culture. The resources construction is unreasonable,management system isn＇t standard,and lack of human resources and so on. In order to adapt to the needs of transformation development,the library should further widen the development space. This paper carries out discussion on the strategy which strengthens the library material culture,system culture and spiritual culture construction measures. It designed to promote the library culture and the college transformation is synchronous development.
