摘要
为了达到对沥青混凝土配合比的结构类型进行验证复核的目的,采用绝对体积法进行计算,得到这样的计算结果:大于关键性筛孔4.75mm以上的粗集料在松散堆积状态下的空隙体积百分率41.18%,关键性筛孔以下细集料(含矿粉)+沥青+设计空隙率占沥青混合料总体积百分率45.439%。结果表明,该级配属于悬浮密实型结构,与设计目的不符,达到了检验设计沥青混凝土配合比是否适用于特定环境要求的目的。
In order to achieve the goal of performing the verification and validation on structure type of asphalt concrete mix proportion, the calculation is made by adopting the absolute volume method, and the calculation results are obtained : the void volume percentage of coarse aggregate over 4.75 mm critical sieve pore under the state of loose accumulation is 41.18%, and percentage of fine aggregate (including mineral powder) + asphalt + designed voidage under critical sieve pore occupying the total volume of asphalt mixture is 45. 439%. The results show that: the gradation belongs to the suspension dense -type structure, which is inconsistent with design goal, thus achieving the goal that whether the asphalt concrete mix proportion of inspection design is suitable for specific environmental requirement or not.
