超早期微创穿刺引流手术对于基底节区脑出血患者的临床疗效 被引量:5

摘要 目的探究超早期微创穿刺引流手术治疗基底节区脑出血的临床效果。方法选取我院2012年6月至2015年6月收治的80例基底节区脑出血患者作为研究对象,按照不同手术方法将其分为对照组和研究组,各40例。对照组患者采用传统开颅手术进行治疗,研究组患者采用超早期微创引流术进行治疗,对比两组总有效率、并发症发生率、手术过程死亡率等。结果对照组患者的总有效率为70.00%,研究组的总有效率为90.00%;对照组患者的并发症发生率为25.00%,研究组的并发症发生率为7.50%;对照组患者手术中死亡率为22.50%,研究组患者手术中死亡率为5.00%。两组间总有效率、并发症发生率、手术过程中的死亡率比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超早期微创引流手术治疗基底节区脑出血效果显著,并发症发生率小,手术过程中死亡率低,值得推广使用。 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of super-early minimally invasive puncture and drainage on patients with cerebral hemorrhage in basal ganglia. Methods Eighty cases of patients with cerebral hemorrhage in basal ganglia treated in our hospital from June 2012 and June 2015 were selected and divided into control group and experimental group according to the operation methods, with 40 cases in each group. The patients in the control group underwent traditional craniotomy, while the patients in the experimental group underwent super-early minimally invasive puncture and drainage. The total effective rate, incidence of complications and death rate during surgery of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the control group and the experimental group was 70.00% and 90.00% respectively. The incidence of complications of the control group and the experimental group was 25.00% and 7.50% respectively. The death rate during surgery of the two groups was 22.50% and 5.00% respectively. The differences in the total effective rate, incidence of complications and death rate during surgery of the two groups were statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Super-early minimally invasive puncture and drainage on cerebral hemorrhage in basal ganglia has a significant efficacy, low incidence of complications and low death rate during surgery, which is worth popularization and application.
