前置胎盘术中应用子宫填塞球囊压迫止血的临床观察

Clinical application observation of uterine tamponade compressing hemostasis in placenta previa

目的探讨前置胎盘术中应用子宫填塞球囊压迫止血的临床效果。方法选取2014年7月至2016年4月我院收治的前置胎盘术中出血的12例患者作为研究对象,常规治疗效果不明显,符合球囊使用适应证,均于术中应用子宫填塞球囊压迫止血,观察其临床效果。结果 12例患者均于放置球囊10 min内出血好转,平均止血时间(7.5±3.1)h,所有患者均无需再次手术治疗,且患者子宫均得以保留,成功率为100%;取出球囊后无1例患者发生阴道出血。结论对于常规方法无效的前置胎盘术中出血患者,应用子宫填塞球囊进行压迫止血,具有操作简便、止血快、效果确切的优点,是前置胎盘引起继发性出血的一项有效治疗措施。

Objective To explore the clinical application effect of uterine tamponade compressing hemostasis in placenta previa. Methods Twelve cases of patients with placenta previa from July 2014 to April 2016 admitted in our hospital were selected, all the patients received uterine tamponade compressing hemostasis and the clinical effect was observed. Results The bleeding of all the patients were improved in 10 min after applying uterine tamponade, the average hemostasis time was （7.5＋3.l） h and nobody had to re-operation. All the cases had persevered the uterus, the success rate was 100.00% and nobody had colporrhagia. Conclusion For placenta previa patients, uterine tamponade compressing hemostasis are easy to operate, stop bleeding quickly, which is the effective treatment measure for secondary hemorrhage caused by placenta previa.
