手法整复小夹板外固定治疗桡骨远端骨折的临床疗效

The clinical efficacy of manipulative reduction and small splint external fixation in the treatment of distal radius fracture

目的探讨手法整复小夹板外固定治疗桡骨远端骨折的疗效。方法选取2011年10月至2015年10月150例桡骨远端骨折患者为研究对象,均采用手法整复小夹板外固定方式治疗,观察并记录术前术后患者的Green-O'Brien评分,评价手法整复小夹板外固定治疗桡骨远端骨折的疗效。结果小夹板拆除后1个月,根据Green-O'Brien评分标准,优107例,良22例,可15例,差6例。术后患者腕关节疼痛、功能、活动范围、握力评分均明显增加(P<0.05),腕关节总评分也明显高于术前(P<0.05)。结论手法整复小夹板外固定术对桡骨远端骨折具有较好的治疗效果,能明显改善腕关节功能,减轻患者疼痛,具有较好的临床应用价值。

Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of manipulative reduction and small splint external fixation in the treatment of distal radius fractures. Methods One hundred and fifty patients with distal radius fractures from October 2011 to October 2015 were selected and treated with manipulative reduction and small splint external fixation. The efficacy of manipulative reduction and small splint external fixation in treatment of distal radius fractures was evaluated by Green- O＇Brien scores before and after surgery. Results One month after surgery, there were 107 cases in excellent, 22 cases in good, 15 cases in normal, 6 cases in bad according to Green-O＇Brien scores. The scores of wrist joint pain, function, range of activities, grip were increased after surgery （P〈0.05）. The total wrist score was increased after surgery （/9〈0.05）. Conclusion Manipulative reduction and small splint external fixation has a good therapeutic effect on distal radius fractures. It can improve the wrist function and reduce the pain, which has good clinical application value.
