中医治疗冠心病心绞痛的效果及价值分析

The effect and value of traditional Chinese medicine on coronary heart disease angina

目的探讨中医辨证治疗在冠心病心绞痛治疗中的应用效果。方法选取我院2013年1月至2015年11月收治的冠心病心绞痛患者110例作为研究对象,将患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组55例,对照组患者采用西医治疗,观察组患者采用中医治疗,对两组患者的治疗效果进行比较。结果观察组患者和对照组患者治疗总有效率分别为96.36%和92.73%,组间差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);经治疗后,两组患者心肌耗氧指数及心率均有明显改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效相当,但中医可更好地改善患者心肌耗氧指数及心率。

Objective To investigate the effect and value of traditional Chinese medicine on coronary heart disease angina. Methods From January 2013 to November 2015, 110 cases of patients with coronary heart disease angina were selected and randomly divided into control group （55 cases） and observation group （55 cases）, patients in the control group were given western medicine treatment and patients in the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine. The curative effect of the two groups was compared in this study. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.36% and the rate in control group was 92.73%, there was no significant difference between two groups （/＇〉0.05）. After treatment, the myocardial oxygen consumption index and heart rate were both significantly improved in the two groups （P〈 0.05）, and the improvement of the obervation group was significant different from that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion There is a similar curative effect of western medicine treatment and traditional Chinese medicine on coronary heart disease angina, but the traditional Chinese medicine can better improve the myocardial oxygen consumption index and heart rate.
