人文关怀在耳鼻喉内窥镜检查护理中的应用效果

The application effect of humanistic care in ENT endoscopy nursing

目的探讨人文关怀在耳鼻喉内窥镜检查护理中的效果。方法选取2014年3月至2015年3月在本院实施耳鼻喉内窥镜检查的患者132例为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组。对照组66例,在患者检测期间采用常规护理模式进行服务;观察组66例,在耳鼻喉检测期间实施人文关怀护理干预,对比两组患者对护士的语言态度、操作技术、就诊环境、健康教育的护理服务满意度,并评估患者心理状态。结果通过医院焦虑、抑郁量表(HAD)评估发现,观察组患者发生抑郁、焦虑情绪的发生率(18.2%、19.7%)显著低于对照组(34.8%、39.4%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者对护士的语言态度、操作技术、就诊环境、健康教育的护理服务满意率(97.0%、95.5%、97.0%、95.5%)均显著高于对照组(84.8%、81.8%、87.9%、86.4%)(P<0.05)。结论在耳鼻喉内窥镜检查护理中采用人文关怀护理模式,提高了护理服务质量,增加了患者安全感,促进了护患和谐关系。

Objective To investigate the effect of humanistic care in ENT endoscopy nursing. Methods One hundred and thirty-two cases of patients undertook ENT endoscopy detection in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2015 were selected and randomly divided into observation group （66 cases） and control group （66 cases）. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received humanistic care nursing intervention. The satisfaction rates of language attitude, operation technology of nurses, medical environment, health education were analyzed and compared between the two groups, and the psychological status of the patients were assessed. Results The incidence rate of anxiety and depression in the observation group （18.2%, 19.7%） were significantly lower than those in the control group （34.8%, 39.4%） （P〈0.05）; the satisfaction rates of language attitude, operation technology of nurses, medical environment and health education in observation group （97.0%, 95.5%, 97.0%, 95.5%） were higher than those in the control group （84.8%, 81.8%, 87.9%, 86.4%） （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Humanistic care in ENT endoscopy nursing can ensure the high quality of nursing service and enhances patients＇ security sense, which could lead to a harmonious nurse and patient relationship.
