预见性护理在老年胆囊炎手术患者中的应用效果观察

The application effect of predictive nursing care in elderly patients with cholecystitis

目的探讨预见性护理在老年胆囊炎手术患者中的应用效果。方法选取2014年2月至2016年2月于我院进行手术的老年胆囊炎患者125例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组63例及对照组62例。对照组患者进行常规护理干预,观察组在此基础上进行预见性护理。对两组患者护理效果、干预前后焦虑、抑郁程度及并发症发生情况进行比较。结果观察组护理效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者干预前焦虑抑郁程度均无显著差异,干预后观察组焦虑、抑郁程度均明显轻于干预前及对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对老年胆囊炎患者实施预见性护理可显著提高护理效果,缓解患者焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪,减少并发症发生,值得进行临床推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of predictive nursing care in elderly patients with cholecystitis. Methods One hundred and twenty-five cases of elderly patients with cholecystitis accepted in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2016 were collected and divided into observation group with 63 cases and control group with 62 cases. The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention, and the observation group received predictive nursing additionally. The nursing effect, anxiety and depression degree and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in anxiety and depression degree between two groups before the intervention. Aftre the intervention, the anxiety and depression degree of the observation group was significantly less than that before and that of the control group （P〈0.05）. The complication rate of observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Using predictive nursing for the elderly patients with cholecystitis can improve the effect of nursing, release the anxiety, depression and other negative emotions of patients, reduce the complications, which is worthy of clinical applications.
