优质护理对慢性胃炎合并消化性溃疡患者的效果

The efficacy of high quality nursing in chronic gastritis combined with peptic ulcers patients

目的探讨优质护理对慢性胃炎合并消化性溃疡患者的效果。方法选择我院收治的150例慢性胃炎合并消化道溃疡患者,分为对照组及观察组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上给予优质护理,对比两组患者干预后的护理满意度、住院时间、治疗效果及干预前后的SAS评分。结果干预后,观察组的护理满意度及治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,住院时间明显低于对照组(P<0.05);干预前两组患者的SAS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后两组SAS评分均较干预前明显下降,而观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论优质护理可以提高患者护理满意度及治疗总有效率,减少住院时间及抑郁、焦虑情绪,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of high quality nursing in chronic gastritis complicated with peptic ulcers patients. Methods One hundred and fifty eases of patients with chronic gastritis eombined with peptie ulcers in our hospital were selected and divided into eontrol group and observation group. The eontrol group received routine nursing, while the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing. The nursing satisfaction, the length of hospital stay, treatment effect after intervention and SAS scores before and after intervention in the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the nursing satisfaetion and treatment effect in observation group were obviously higher than that of eontrol group, and the length of hospital stay in observation group was signifieantly lower than that of eontrol group （P〈0.05）, The SAS seores of two groups had no signifieant difference before intervention （P〉0.05）. The SAS score of two groups were obviously decreased after intervention, and the observation group was significantly lower than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion High quality nursing could improve the nursing satisfaction and total treatment effect, decrease hospital stays and emotion of depression and anxiety, which is worth of clinical promotion and application.
