摘要
作为文化创意产业的一部分,电视内容产业的关键在创意,节目创意是电视节目产业价值链的核心。大量海外电视节目模式的引进加速了中国电视节目创意产业的发展,我国电视节目创意产业急需寻求健康有效的发展路径。从知识产权保护、政策制定引导和创意市场培育三方面建设电视节目创意发展的产业环境,可以为构建其产业发展路径提供外部条件;借鉴国外经验构建完整的电视节目创意产业价值链,能建立电视节目创意产业发展的内在机制。从我国电视节目创意产业发展的历史和现状出发,建设有效的产业发展路径:制定政策法规促进电视节目创意产业发展,完善市场机制推进电视节目创意产业运作,培养创意人才提升电视节目创意产业水平。
As a part of cultural creative industry, originality is the key to TV content industry and originalities in programs are the core in the value chain of TV shows industry. The creative industry of TV shows in China, while accelerated to develop with the abundant imports of overseas TV formats, is also in great need of seeking a healthy and effective path of development. Building the industrial environment for the creative development of TV shows involves protecting the intellectual property, guiding the policy-making and cultivating the creative market, which can provide the external conditions for constructing its industrial development. Foreign experience can be used for reference to build a complete value chain for the creative industry of TV shows, which constitutes the internal mechanism of its industrial development. On the basis of the history and current situations in the development of creative industry of TV shows in China, it is suggested to lay down the policies and regulations to motivate its development, perfect the market system to push its operation and cultivate the talents with originality to promote its level, which will help establish an effective path of industrial development.
