It is regarded as the word after the Tang and Song Dynasties and is impossible in the Han and Wu Dynasties when only ＂state＂ （Zhoujun） or ＂district＂ （Zhouxian） are used. The current verification confirms that this word ＂county＂ is not an error since it, as a general term of local powers, commonly appears in the historical records before the Tang Dynasty
