航空铝合金微车削加工过程的有限元仿真

摘要 航空铝合金微车削加工的微车削力是导致加工变形的直接原因,在航空铝合金切削加工中,加工变形是加工误差产生的主要因素。通过有限元法对航空铝合金的微车削加工过程进行三维仿真模拟,揭示了微车削力与切削速度、切削深度之间的关系。 The cutting force of machining of aluminum alloy is the direct cause of machining deformation. In the machining process,machining distortion is the main factor of machining error. Through the finite element method,the micro machining process of aerospace aluminum alloy was simulated,and the cutting force changing with the cutting speed was revealed.
