摘要
经过各级政府多年的努力,我国乡村教师队伍数量上已基本实现"供求均衡"。今后乡村教师队伍建设的首要任务将不再是扩大队伍规模,而是如何尽快解决"校类结构失衡"的突出问题。"校类结构失衡"是指按照国家标准和全国平均水平,三类不同乡村学校的师生比均处于非常状态。"校类结构失衡"的根本原因是来自教育需求方即学生侧面的巨大变化。因此,最有效的方法应当是通过义务教育阶段9个不同年级在三类学校间的合理分配来实现再均衡。
The number of the teachers has been equilibrium of demand and supply in rural China after the government efforts for many years. The focus of the policies should be on the rebalancing of the ratios of student to teacher in various schools in the future. Because the imbalance of the ratios has actually resulted from the dramatic changes in demands,the best approach to this problem is to redistribute the nine grades of compulsory education system rationally to the three different types of rural schools.
