摘要
优质的教师人力资源是优质教育体系的供给侧,优质的教师教育体系又是优质教师人力资源的供给侧。高师院校应当从完善供给制度,改革教师教育体制机制;优化供给结构,调整教师教育专业布局;挖掘供给潜能,加强教师教育队伍建设;确保供给质量,建构教师教育卓越模式等举措入手,建设优质的教师教育供给体系,从源头上保障我国基础教育改革和发展获得一流的师资,从而不断提升人民群众的教育民生获得感和幸福感。
High quality of teachers human resources are the supply side of the high quality education system,meanwhile,high quality of teacher educational system is the supply side of the quality of teachers human resources. There are four possible approaches for normal university to construct high quality supply of teacher education system in order to improve education and people's livelihood feeling and happiness constantly. First,reforming the teacher education institutions and mechanisms to improve the system of supply. Second,adjusting the distribution of teacher education to optimize the supply structure. Third,strengthen the construction of teachers' education team to develop supply potential. Forth,constructing excellence teacher education model to ensure the quality of supply.
