摘要
教育家型校长究竟为何难以成长、难以成"家"?本文指出教育家型校长应有的价值向度:教育改革的根本动力、价值引领的内在力量、独特人格的深刻影响,分析了教育家型校长成长可能存在的误区,即"功利人"倾向、"利益人"倾向以及"行政人"倾向。如何突破教育家型校长成长的桎梏而体现其应有的价值向度?做好学生生命的"摆渡人",即生命成长的"伴领"、生命当下的"创味"以及生命荒原的"破势",这些实践突破都突出了对于教育本质的回归、教育角色的纯粹以及教育命题的建构。
Why is it difficult for principals as professional educators to grow and to be experts? The article analyses the misunderstands in the growth of them,which include the utilitarian,the interests and administrators. It also points out that the value dimension of principals as professional educators involves the essential motive powers of educational reforms,inner forces of value leading and profound effects of distinctive personality. How to break through impediments of the growth in principals as professional educators and to manifest proper value dimension? To be the ferryman in the students' lives who come along with students,create the flavors in the present lives,and burst influence of wasteland of lives,can lead to the recurrence of the nature of education,peer roles in education and constructions of educational propositions.
