摘要
针对柴油机的电控化改造,利用AMESim软件建立燃油喷射系统的仿真模型,并利用相关的实验数据对模型进行了验证,通过全组合仿真分析得出了五组比较合理结构参数的组合。为了进一步对这五组组合的优化,用AVL-BOOST软件建立了整机模型,验证后的仿真模型分别对这五组数据进行了进一步的仿真分析,得出了分别在油耗和排放最优的喷油系统的结构参数的组合,同时通过试验对这五组数据进行了验证和分析,具有一定的指导和参考价值。
Based on the transformation to the electronic controlled diesel engine, a simulation model of the fuel injection system was established through the AMESim software, and was verified by experimental data. Bedsides, five groups of optimized structural parameter combinations were worked out. In order to further optimize the combinations, a whole-engine model was established through the AVL-BOOST software. Based on simulation analysis, the best structural parameter combinations respectively under the best situation of fuel consumption and emission were worked out and verified, which has certain guidance and reference Values.
