广西工商业用气及天然气分布式能源发展状况——加快广西天然气开发利用系列思考之三

On the Development Industrial and Commercial Natural Gas and Its Distributed Energy in Guangxi——The third study on promoting natural gas development in Guangxi

针对广西的大气污染状况,应该采取两大措施:加快工商业使用天然气,推广天然气分布式能源利用。但由于触动到原有电网利益,存在并网等难题,需要政府扶持解决;鉴于广西气源充足,根据工业园区用气状况,适当采取管道直供、CNG供气方式,加快工商业"煤改气",促进商业楼宇天然气分布式能源利用,普及餐饮服务业用天然气,加强天然气分布式能源利用,都将促进加快广西天然气开发利用,更好完成广西节能减排和大气污染防治工作。

Through investigation and analysis of the air pollution in Guangxi, this paper proposed to facilitate the use of natural gas in industrial and commercial fields, and the use of its distributed energy. However, because of threatening the interests of the grid, this meets problems. The countermeasures includes： improving government support, boosting the appropriate use of pipeline direct supply or CNG/LNG gas supply, accelerating the ＂Coal To Gas＂ progress, promoting the use of distributed energy, and universalizing the use of natural gas in catering service industry, aiming at facilitating energy saving and emission reduction, and improving the prevention and controlling of atmospheric pollution in Guangxi.
