摘要
IAHP—FCE模型,是一种新的加油站安全评价模型,可从人员因素、设备设施、安全管理、环境因素4个方面考虑,分析影响加油站安全的主要危险因素,建立健全的加油站安全评价体系;通过利用改进层次分析法确定各指标的权重,再结合模糊综合评价法对加油站进行安全评价,可得出加油站的安全等级。以广西某加油站为实例,应用到模型中,确定各个因素的权重,可知该加油站的安全等级属于"中等"。
The IAHP--FCE model, a new safety assessment model for gas station, is focused on four factors including personnel, equipment and facilities, safety management and environment to analyze the main risk factors to gas station safety. Through the use of improved analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each index, combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to conduct safety assessment, this paper established an improved safety assessment system for gas station to identify its security level. Taking a gas station in Guangxi as an example, the system model was applied to determine the weight of each factor, and the safety level of the gas station was "medium" .
